Not my words, but my lifelong perspective. Your investment thesis may be ok, but there's a tribal aspect of the logic that is WRONG.

A wife, two kids, high mileage used cars, beer in returnable bottles, a pizza from a gas station on Friday night, driving to work in blizzard conditions as there's no work from home, scrape by for years without complaining on social media. In other words, living like an adult.

For God's sake, the narrative of generational blame is nauseating. If you weren't there you don't understand.

Job security, pensions and retiree healthcare disappeared in the 80s as boomers filled the job market. And two incomes bcame the norm to finance a smaller sized family.

The wealth only appears to have shifted to boomers (from the smaller sized silent/caretaker cirmhort) as 401ks became the norm, shifting corporate balance sheet liabilities onto individuals.

Responsibility takes various forms. That was our generations burden, along with other family commitments.

No lattes or microbrewerys.

There are some great insights you provide but acting as if boomers are entirely responsible for inequities in the US economy is bovine scat.

It's way different and much more concentrated in the 0.1% who now own 93% of wealth, up 3% since 2020.

The issue is you don't actually read the content.

You just comment on the headline or AI summary.

"This highlights the risk of rising centralized Decision-making with no feedback mechanism to self-regulate — poor decisions, whether mal-intentioned or not, by the few impact the many and there is no accountability. These Decisions flow all the way through the System — the ripple effects are widely visible today, and represent fractals of these foundational Policies. And this also highlights how it does not take an entire generation to be corrupted to negatively impact the System — painting the Boomers or any generation with a broad brush is not fair (not the intention of this piece).

Think about how powerful these ‘elite’ positions are and how dangerous inserting a corrupted, adversary-aligned individual into one of these seats is— this is a chokepoint, a vulnerability to the System. There is a reason most hegemonic Systems collapse due to hubris — adversaries are intelligent and systematically ‘attack’ these chokepoints (see Energy Pillar exploitation in the 1970s from Part I)."

It started well before boomers were (sort of) in charge.

And unwinding imbalances will, as you state, take years. That we can agree on.

The point of my content is not to blame the boomers as a broad generation.

It is to point out the failure of leadership, over the last 30 years in particular - the worst stretch in US history. Accountability is critical.

But it’s not to stop there and just point out the issues. It is to lay out the root causes of the issues and propose foundational solutions. Spreading that awareness is how positive change can occur.

And to add to the problem, the FCC is looking at removing ownership caps on TV broadcast affiliates. I think we can agree that is a bad idea. But it's sold as being beneficial to local news production. Baloney.

Another issue is the current administration isn't making entirely altruistic decisions. Among them are old tech receiving government largesse (much like the ACA broughtvto us by the uniparty) to the detriment of the majority. Corps like ORCL, PLTR, MSFT, represent the past. At least some new players (ANDURIL) are rewarded.

And AI/Data Centers is wasted time and money. Drone tech downsized and reduced the cost of warfare, then why haven't they figured out edge computing defeats centralized systems (represented by companies like SPCX and those noted above) lag real time response?

My take, it's a continuation of the "old" system. Ensuring the 0.1% own it all before the transition is fully operational. I am uncertain the wave will be anything more than a shift of bad investment fro. the elites onto the public once again...deja vu.

"You will own nothing and be happy."

And yes, I read the entirety of your thesis.
